Hello.

So, the idea is to be VERY informal.  Please feel free to bring food and beer, to share or for selfish needs.

Newbies and old hands .. all are welcome!

What we need now is four things.

1. What night works best for you?  Tuesday, Wed, Thursday?

2. Destinations you would like to see at Chart Night?  Examples: Barkley Sound, Neah Bay, South Sound,, Sunshine Coast, Gulf Islands,  BC north of Cape Caution, Alaska, Haida Gway, west coast of Olympic Peninsula, Black River  ????

3. We need discussion leaders who are familiar with different destinations.   PLEASE VOLUNTEER.

4. We will try to bring at least one overview paper chart.

5. You may want to bring a computer or cell phone. The Navionics App for USA and Canada is cheap and works well!  It is especially useful because it shows tides and currents!

You can leave your ideas here or send them to me at stephenm.schwartz@gmail.com.  You can also call and leave messages at my home 206325 3955

  1. Sign me up! Tuesdays would be my preference. All of the destinations mentioned sound great. I can bring a Gulf Island chart book.
